The Newport Food Bank needs soup!

South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue Chief Shane Stocking announced today that SPOFR will support the Newport Food Bank by collecting soup in February. Chief Stocking said, “This is a great opportunity for us to help support the community by asking people to drop off soup at our two fully-manned 24/7 fire stations. Please bring your donations of a can or a case of soup to our Newport Station at 301 2nd Street in Newport or our Diamond Lake Station located at 325272 Hwy 2.”

Please help us support the Newport Food Bank for Soup Days during the month of February.
