National Volunteer Week

Chief Brad Martin wishes to celebrate National Volunteer Week from April 16-22.

Martin wants to thank all volunteers with South Pend Oreille Fire and Rescue for their dedication and hard work as SPOFR continues to grow. “We currently encompass 240 miles with close to 1,000 calls last year,” said Martin. “We could not do it without our volunteers.”

We sincerely appreciate the work of our Auxilliary, Tender ,Engine, Ambulance drivers along with our Firefighters, EMT’s and Paramedics.

Martin said if you see one of our volunteers this week in a local store tell them thanks for your service.
